MicroVision's Filtrex system is available in 3 versions and is also highly configurable. Its flexibility allows you to process your analysis according to current standards of your industry, but also in compliance with user-defined standards.

  • Motorized XYZ microscope
  • Transmitted and reflected illumination
  • Darkfield mode

Filtrex OPTIMIZED
  • Counting from 10 µm
  • Zoom microscope - option: autofocus
  • Reflected LED lighting + polarized camera for increased detection efficiency
  • Motorized or encoded stage
  • Need for speed: under 3 mn for a 47 mm membrane

Filtrex ESSENTIAL 
  • Counting from 50 µm
  • Scanner Automatic calibration

 MicroVision's Filtrex Automotive is a turnkey system that is dedicated to analyze particle contamination of the automotive mechanical parts:

Including routine analysis and cleaning of the mechanical parts.
