THERMAL EVAPORATOR
thermal evaporator with glovebox
Thermal evaporation is a common Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) technique to produce thin-film deposition.
It is one of the simplest forms of PVD and typically uses a resistive heat source to evaporate a solid material in a vacuum environment to form a thin film. A glovebox is added to ensure minimum contamination with the sample during the deposition process. |
FEATURES
Deposition of air-sensitive or low work function metal (such as Al, Li, Sc,..) Deposition of organic molecules: small-molecule OLEDs (SMOLEDs), n- and p-type dopants |
