GHz Wideband High-Speed Fixed Gain Amplifier series offers a high-speed, high gain well-balanced combination, making them ideal for time-resolved measurements.  

Wide bandwidth (kilohertz to gigahertz) is very important for accurate pulse and transient measurements, mainly if signals with different pulse lengths and varying decay times are processed.

​There are two main types of GHz Wideband Amplifiers in the HSA series..

Ultra-wide bandwidth from 10 kHz up to 2.5 GHz

Gain up to 60 dB (x 1,000)

Transimpedance gain with photodetectors up to 50,000 V/A

Very low input noise down to
310 pV/√Hz (6.2 pA/√Hz)

Integrated DC-current path for biased photodetector applications

Two identical signal outputs (HSA-Y series)

DC-monitor output (HSA-Y series)

High-quality EMI-shielded case

HSA-Y
DC-monitor output; useful for photodetector alignment/ cw-power control/ measurement of low frequency background signals

2 identical signal outputs; signal control/ triggering without the need for an external signal splitter.

1 GHz Variable-gain Voltage Amplifiers Series DUPVA
​This ultra-wideband voltage amplifier series is designed for fast and precision measurements with an extensive dynamic range.

The gain frequency response plays a significant role in the precise time-resolved measurement; its independence from any change in gain and its ability to be optimised for being flat over the full frequency range. No gain peaking or significant distortion will occur in pulse and transient measurements.
