Cryogenic Probe Station
Vacuum & Cryogenic Probe Station
Controlled environment probe station allows vacuum and cryogenic probing down to 77K with liquid nitrogen or high temperature probing up to 1273K.
Efficient in characterising your devices at extreme temperatures, vacuum, specific gas, etc. Our partners provide cryogenic probe stations with modular options such as microscope and modular micropositioners designed by our partners. Please contact us for customisation services on your probe stations. |

Closed-Cycle Cryogenic Probe Station
The Closed Cycle Cryogenic Probe Station offers a controlled high-vacuum cryogenic environment, ranging from as low as <4 K to 800 K (when used in conjunction with the suitable high-temperature interface). This specialized apparatus facilitates the consecutive measurement of multiple devices while maintaining vacuum integrity and preventing system warming.
Featuring up to eight probes with 1 μm sensitivity, 2 inch measurement area, < 1 μm vibration levels, fast sample cooldown, custom wiring for DC and microwave measurements (0-67 GHz), large optical access and optional 7:1 zoom microscope with ring light." |
