Closed-Cycle Cryogenic Probe Station

The Closed Cycle Cryogenic Probe Station offers a controlled high-vacuum cryogenic environment, ranging from as low as <4 K to 800 K (when used in conjunction with the suitable high-temperature interface). This specialized apparatus facilitates the consecutive measurement of multiple devices while maintaining vacuum integrity and preventing system warming.

​Featuring up to eight probes with 1 μm sensitivity, 2 inch measurement area, < 1 μm vibration levels, fast sample cooldown, custom wiring for DC and microwave measurements (0-67 GHz), large optical access and optional 7:1 zoom microscope with ring light."

  • 10” Diameter Stainless Steel Vacuum Chamber with 6 Micromanipulated Probe Ports and 2 Spare NW 80 Accessory Ports Mounted on an Anodized Aluminum Table Top with Extruded Aluminum Support System.
  • 8” Diameter Nickel Plated OFHC Copper Radiation Shield
  • 2.25” Diameter Grounded Sample Holder made out of OFHC Copper
