Femtowatt Photoreceiver Series
The series FWPR-20 photoreceivers combine low noise Si or InGaAs PIN photodiodes with a specially designed transimpedance amplifier with extremely high gain of up to 1012 V/A and very low noise. This unique combination results in a photoreceiver with Femtowatt sensitivity due to its exceptional low NEP of 0.7 fW/√Hz.

Output voltage ±10 V max (@ 100 kΩ load). Offset adjustable by potentiometer. Units with fiber optic input are optionally available. Output short-circuit protected. Threaded M4 and 8-32 mounting holes for use with standard mounting posts. Read the datasheet for more.
