radiation safety detection & monitoring systems
Radiation safety detectors are calibrated to not mistaken the sample's natural radiation from actual contamination under different materials & environmental conditions. Quick and easy detection & monitoring processes made these instruments perfect for quality check & control of samples for industrialised mass production or the effects of radiation in food during research testing.
Portable Food Detectors based on Na(Tl)
Sodium Iodide Food Screening system is designed for the rapid screening for radioactive isotope contamination, both solids and liquids. It is transportable and and portable and can be cart mounted
Primarily designed for "front line" response (i.e. food producers, traders, import, and export agencies), it is transportable and portable, allowing it to be used in places such as food markets and place that have area constraints. It also pre-calibrated and ready to use with sample containers and a check source. |

High Resolution Germanium Gamma Spectroscopy Workstation
HPGe Food Radiation Systems is designed to meet the needs of agencies needing to accurately quantify the levels of radionuclides. It is a ready-to-use, full featured system for performing sophisticated analysis of food, water, and other agricultural samples containing any form of gamma ray emitting radioactive material.
By the use of a high-resolution, high-purity germanium (HPGe) detector, each and every gamma ray emitting radionuclide in the sample is quantified in terms of specific activity in Bq/kg or Bq/liter. |

Waste Assay Systems
ISO-CART-85 is the latest mobile system for radioactive waste assay by high-resolution gamma spectroscopy. Through the use of a single very-large-area high purity germanium (HPGe) detector, and a modular collimation system, ISO-CART-85 achieves, in many cases, free release levels in reasonable count times, for in-field measurements.
Other forms of mobile waste assay detectors (i.e. hand carried) are also available. Read Below for the full collection of waste assay systems using high purity germanium (HPGe) detectors. |
Floor & Wall monitors
The floor & wall monitor is a gas proportional floor monitor detector mounted on a roll-around cart.
Model 240 is a wider monitor that allows quick survey large areas for alpha-beta contamination. It is available in floor only & a both floor and wall. Model 239-1 is a floor contamination monitor features a flow system, quick-connects, a gas bottle mount, and a means to adjust the height of the detector from the floor for optimum performance. Model 240 is used for alpha-beta monitoring while Model 239-1 is for alpha, beta & gamma. |

Laundry Contamination Monitor
Laundry Contamination Monitor is intended for automatic monitoring of both alpha and beta-gamma contamination on clothing or other light articles presumed to be free of radioactivity, or within release or reuse limits. A motor-driven steel-mesh conveyor belt carries articles between two gas proportional detector arrays.
Each lower and upper detector array has 16 individual gas proportional detectors, providing 32 alpha channels and 32 beta-gamma channels for a total of 64 counting channels. Emergency response kits |
FEATURES
