FINE-SHAPED NOZZLES

The ultrasonic nozzle is based on ultrasonic atomization technology. The ultrasonic atomizer nozzle has a special air flow channel design to uniformly distribute the carrier gas, and the liquid mist atomized by ultrasonic power is sprayed in a fan-shape, thereby enlarge the spray width. Due to the large width of the WideMist ultrasonic spray nozzle, it is mainly suitable for spray coating applications on medium and large-area. It is complementary to the Siansonic FocusMist ultrasonic nozzle and can be applied to almost all substrates with different sizes.

ConeMist Ultrasonic Nozzle

The ConeMist ultrasonic spray nozzle is designed for efficient atomization using ultrasonic technology. It features a unique cyclonic cone spray shape achieved by utilizing a specialized vortex air flow channel.

​This creates a consistent vortex within the carrier gas, resulting in the ultrasonically atomized liquid mist being dispersed in a cyclone-like pattern. This widens the spray coverage area, making it particularly suitable for surfaces with microstructures like MEMs. This type of nozzle also enhances coating application on surface structures, ensuring better coverage overall.

FocusMist Ultrasonic Nozzle

The FocusMist ultrasonic nozzle is designed for precise spraying with a narrow width and low flow rate. It employs ultrasonic atomization technology and a specialized air flow channel to evenly distribute the carrier gas.

​This results in the ultrasonic power atomizing the liquid mist into a focused pattern, reducing the spray area. The FocusMist nozzle is ideal for applications requiring precise coverage on smaller or medium-sized areas. It works well in conjunction with the Siansonic WideMist ultrasonic nozzle and can be used on various substrates of different sizes.

NanoMist Ultrasonic Nozzle

The NanoMist ultrasonic nozzle is an ultrasonic atomizing nozzle with a very small spray width and ultra-low flow rate. It is based on ultrasonic atomizing nozzle technology and adopts a special liquid feeding device to achieve a smaller spray width and lower flow rate.

LineMist Ultrasonic Nozzle

The LineMist ultrasonic nozzle is the ultrasonic spray nozzle which has the smallest spray width. It is based on ultrasonic atomizing nozzle technology and adopts a unique fluid and air flow channels to achieve an extremely small spray width which can be only 0.5mm.

​Therefore, LineMist ultrasonic nozzle is very suitable for coating on a very small area or make some thin coating lines on the substrate.

Penetrator Ultrasonic Nozzle

The Penetrator ultrasonic spray nozzle has a long part front which enables the nozzle to go into a narrow space such as tube to make coating process. The typical applications are coating processes for inner walls of blood collection tube and syringe.

Siansonic provides a complete ultrasonic spray coating solution for blood collection tubes. The Penetrator ultrasonic spray nozzle can be 5-10 heads in parallel. The distance between two nozzles is only 25mm, which can be directly used in the existing blood collection tube production line.

​Combine with the special precision metering pump, the anticoagulant can be evenly sprayed into the inner wall of the blood collection tube, which can achieve a production rate of up to 12,000 pieces/hour.

​Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis Nozzle

The ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzle is a specific ultrasonic spray nozzle for ultrasonic spray pyrolysis to prepare ultra-fine powder. It has self-air cooling channel inside and a unique flange for easily connecting to various tube furnaces.

The ultrasonic spray pyrolysis nozzle can uniformly atomize and spray the precursor solution into the tube furnace for pyrolysis process to produce ultra-fine powder, which is the atomizing device in the spray pyrolysis system.

​In addition, it also has built-in thermal couple inside which can real-time monitor the operating temperature of the ultrasonic nozzle.

Ultrasonic Spray Drying Nozzle

Ultrasonic spray drying nozzle is a specific ultrasonic spray nozzle for ultrasonic spray drying to prepare fine powder. It has self-air cooling channel inside and is able to easily connect to various existing spray dryers.

It can uniformly atomize and spray the precursor solution or suspension into the spray dryer to produce fine powder, which is the atomizing device in the ultrasonic spray drying system.

​The ultrasonic spray drying nozzle has a special interface design to install on various existing spray dryers. In addition, it also has built-in thermal couple inside which can real-time monitor the operating temperature of the ultrasonic drying nozzle.
