Benchtop Ultrasonic Coating SystemBenchtop ultrasonic coating system is also includes precision metering pump such as syringe pump which can be sonication syringe pump for option, carrier gas controller, vacuum heating plate or high temperature heating plate up to 500 °C for spray pyrolysis, exhaust system, touch screen, etc.
Benchtop ultrasonic coating system is optimal for research and development or small volume production of thin film coatings and capable of reducing the minimum requirement on liquid volume (only around 5-10ml) using integrated syringe pump. |

Stent Ultrasonic Coating System
The stent spray coating system is equipped with Siansonic NanoMist ultrasonic nozzle or FocusMist ultrasonic nozzle to deposit drug coating onto the stent surface through ultrasonic atomization technology.
It can precisely control the dosage of the coating, and the coating is uniform without adhesion, pinholes, orange peel and other defects. Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis SystemThe spray pyrolysis process can be simply described as a series of physicochemical processes, such as mixing each metal salt into a precursor solution according to the stoichiometric ratio required for the preparation of composite powder, atomizing it by the atomizer, and then bringing it into the high-temperature reaction furnace by the carrier gas.
In the reaction furnace, a series of physical and chemical processes, such as solvent evaporation, solute precipitation to form solid particles, particle drying, particle thermal decomposition, sintering and molding, are completed instantaneously, and finally ultrafine powder is formed. Available in R&D and Pilot-Scale Pyrolysis System. |
