MICROMANIPULATORS
Micromanipulators from Märzhäuser are used for the most precise work in µ range:
The manual micromanipulators are equipped with precise and stable cross roller bearings which still work without any noticeable wear after many years of intensive use.
As motorized model types of micromanipulators no longer have to be fine-positioned manually any more, they enable positioning absolutely free of vibrations.

Manual Micromanipulators
MM-33
The manual micromanipulator MM 33 distinguishes itself especially by optimized ergonomics. The control knobs for all three axes are arranged at the same level so that the MM 33 can be easy operated and without looking after a very short time.
In addition, the operational controls are not attached laterally but at the back instead so that several devices can be easily installed side by side. It also comes with a tilting device version. The precise and stable cross roller bearings are almost completely free of wear, even after many years of intensive use. |

md4
The micromanipulator MD 4 in its basic structure corresponds to the micromanipulator MM 33, it is, however, additionally equipped with a second tool holder.
This additional tool holder can not only be operated independently in an X and Y direction of the micromanipulator, but can also be swung and tilted with 2 micrometer adjusting screws. In addition, the operational controls are not attached laterally but at the back instead so that several devices can be easily installed side by side. |

MMJ
Besides having adjustment buttons for the X-, Y- and Z-axes, the micromanipulator MMJ also has a mechanical joystick for the X- and the Y-axes that enables movement within µm range.
The Z-axis is equipped with a coarse adjustment and a fine adjustment (10 : 1 ratio) that enables both quick tool changing assembly as well as exact positioning. |

HS 6
This micromanipulator is characterized by its extremely rugged construction and is designed for use in applications that require highest accuracy.
The micromanipulator HS 6 is available with manual controls as well as with a stepper motor driving mechanism in two or in three axes (one axis on request). The movement range is 25 mm in all three axes. |

Motorised Micromanipulator
SM 3.25
The Micromanipulator SM 3.25 is equipped with a stepper motor driving mechanism, which, in combination with the controller TANGO, enables even smallest step sizes up to 0.01 µm. Only these extremely small single steps enable stepper motors to carry out a motion sequence that is absolutely free of vibration.
The mechanical construction of the micromanipulator SM 3.25 is exceptionally compact, so that it can be attached directly to the plain stage of a microscope. |
