AixPES
Since the first system was delivered in 2002 as a customized
testing solution for bulk ceramics, the PES system became the in-official industry standard for piezoelectric testing. In general the system was used for comprehensive electrical and electro-mechanical characterization of piezoelectric bulk samples. |

AixCMA
aixCMA systems can help you comprehensively characterize all kinds of actuators and sensors, such as multilayer, bulk materials, MEMS or fiber composites. These tools are based on our PES systems.
aixCMA systems let you record piezoelectric behaviour based on an excitation voltage. This makes it possible to determine factors like current, polarization, displacement and the resulting characteristic values. In addition, the systems are fitted with force controllers and control actuator amplifiers, as well as an expanded laser system in some cases. As a result, you can determine important actuator and sensor properties, including blocking force diagrams and actuator stiffness. Special, user-defined excitation signals for electrical and mechanical loads make it possible to analyse actuators under real application conditions. |

aixSCAN
The Multi-Detector System (MDS) is a high premium alpha/beta counters. It is a high-throughput & low-background system for low-level background alpha and beta counting.
The system contains configuration that can accommodate 4, 8, 12, or 16 detectors in facilitating specific sample volume and throughput rate requirements. Each detector is mechanically independent, allowing changes (i.e. loading, counting, routine maintenance) done simultaneously with other applications. The MDS is ideal for applications looking to improve sample throughput when high sensitivity requirements are more important than long counting times. |
