DUETTA: 2-in-1 Fluorescence & Absorbance
One of HORIBA's latest innovation, the Duetta is a 2-in-1 spectrometer; it can be used as a fluorometer or as a UV-Vis-NIR spectrometer to measure the absorbance. It also can be used to measures true molecular fingerprints, which require the acquisition of fluorescence and absorbance, correcting for IFE in real-time.
With Duetta's software; the EzSpecTM Touch-Screen Software is a software interface with a touch-screen utility that can acquire a full spectrum in less than 100 milliseconds. |

Steady state & Lifetime modular Spectrofluorometer
Lifetime fluorescence spectroscopy investigates the change in fluorescence over time of a sample when irradiated with UV, visible, or near-IR light.
The Fluorolog®-3 is a unique, modular system which allows a wide range of accessories to correspond precisely with the characteristics of a given sample. The PTI QuantaMaster™ 8000 Series of modular research-grade spectrofluorometers are multidimensional systems for photoluminescence measurements. This decay in fluorescence can be measured over a wide time range: from picoseconds to milliseconds and beyond. *NEW* FluoroLog-QM is the fourth generation of FluoroLog family. It is further refined, providing the highest sensitivity & greatest versatility of any spectrofluorometers. It features fresh innovations while combining the highly regarded qualities of the Fluorolog®-3 and the PTI QuantaMaster 8000 spectrofluorometers. The FluoroLog-QM can be enhanced to suit a broad array of luminescence experiments, with the highest guaranteed sensitivity (more than twice of Flurolog-3) & an extended wavelength range from Deep UV to NIR. |
